Help Needed Possible Scam
We are finding that certain products have an extremely high refund rate of around 10%. In nearly every case the refund comes through Amazon CS as general adjustment.
The addresses are all different so its not the same person, however there are a few things we noticed that raise red flags. We need someone in Amazon to check why these refunds were applied and if they're possibly some kind of drop ship scam which is what we're suspecting.
But as usual we can't get anyone in Amazon to check the refunds and investigate.

Hi @Seller_gBr5mQX7vHioY,
I recommend opening a case with Seller Support and including:
- A list of all affected order IDs
- The specific patterns you've identified
- Your evidence suggesting potential fraudulent activity
- Any relevant data or documentation
Please make your case as detailed and comprehensive as possible to help Seller Support conduct a thorough investigation.
Best regards, Ezra

Hi CVC_Supplies,
Have you checked the name of the Buyer (not the destination) on each order via Order Reports, in case they are the same buyer (and they're selling your items on another platform to different customers and then claiming refunds)
All Best
