NEWS FLASH VINE PROGRAM IS TRASH

No hate to Amazon the program was a great idea to come up with, but the Vine reviewers themselves are trash. I really believe they are more critical once in the program than before. Amazon should kick out some of these reviewers if they can't stay consistent with their reviews. I really think they believe they shouldn't give 5-star reviews to every product regardless if it's good or not, in hopes they may stay in the program. I had someone give me a 3-star review and say they liked the product and it was very handy. another example was when a Vine "customer" gave me 2 stars because they couldn't read my product instructions. To make things better I PAID FOR THIS!! Learned my lesson I will probably never use vine again as my sales were better before signing up. Suggestion to amazon, you should let vine reviewers know beforehand how long they will be in the program for example 30 days or 3 months etc so these reviewers don't think they need to leave critical reviews to stay in the program. Chances are the reviews would be more honest and straightfoward if this was implemented

Hi there @Seller_FlmrC66jctEmW,

Appreciate you posting here at the forums and sharing your sentiment with us regarding the Amazon Vine Program.

I totally understand the frustration of paying for a service and receiving a negative outcome. Unfortunately, that is part of the nature of this program, to receive an impartial opinion of the product.

I will share your suggestions with the appropriate team.

Thanks,

Joey
