Copyright infringement

I feel like my days at Amazon are ending soon if this issue isn't promptly resolved. Over a month ago, my product listing was hit with a copyright infringement accusation, claiming my images were copyrighted. I filed an appeal stating my images were copyright-free, and my claim was acknowledged, removing the accusation from my seller account and reactivating my listing. After my listing was reactivated, I deleted all the original images and uploaded new ones generated by AI, which should mean they belong to no one and can't be copyrighted. However, about a week later, I received the same accusation for these new images. I appealed again and was later informed it was an error on Amazon’s part, and my listing was back up. The listing was active for a while, then the same accusation reappeared. This is the fifth time.

Phone support from Seller Support is futile. They just say to file another appeal, which never helps. What makes it interesting is that the same nonexistent person accuses me every time, whom I've tried contacting without success. My research suggests this person doesn't even exist. I have all the proof that the two AI-generated images I uploaded to Amazon are not copyrighted.

Furthermore, Amazon seems confused themselves. Sometimes they add old images back to my listings and then accuse me of copyright infringement.

DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!

As noted you have been dealing with this issue off an on repeatedly and has resulted in disruptions to your listings. The feedback I received on the situation is that they have reinstated your ASIN at this time. Due to my limited visibility, I am unable to verify this. If you are still experiencing issues with the reactivation process, please allow up to 72 hours for both the ASIN to fully reflect the reactivation and the removal of the violation from your account health page.

I would also advise, if a similar situation arises to reach back out in this space, or contact our account health support teams by phone to report the situation for further review.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
