Can't see 'Vital Info' tab
I was asked to change my product category by Amazon, and I've lots of advice and communication about changing things under the VITAL INFO and also this for example:
Select “Product Identity” and fill in the required information in “Recommended Browse Nodes/Item Type Keyword”
**If not found:**
* Toggle the “Advanced View”
The Vital Info tab is missing , as is PRODUCT IDENTITY and ADVANCED VIEW
I am being sent the same advice several times no over several days but I don't understand why my page doesn't show ANY of these?
Any ideas? Why do I not see Product Identity on my interface at all? This is on any of my products.

On your inventory page, click on edit (at the right), and then on the left, do you have the 'All attributes' button ticked ?

The publication date is well in the future (25 Mar. 2025) , according to the product page:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Emma-Ewan-Morrison/dp/1914090950
You cannot list books that are not yet published as far as I know.
When you say you were 'asked to change my product category by Amazon', who/what at Amazon asked you? Was it seller support (SS)?
I am not a publisher so I'm not sure of the niceties but selling as a 3rd party is different to selling as a publisher/'brand' and Amazon SS are mostly clueless.

Hello @Seller_uBCjtl5FMMsSH,
I'm Sarah with Amazon.
Were you able to identify the problem with your listing?
@Seller_RAXEWLxQ2dbmN is making a good point, did you had the chance to check on this?
Kind regards,
Sarah.
