Amazon Lending Contact

Is there another way to contact Amazon Lending other than the email Support at amazoncapitalservices.co.uk,

I am going round in circles here trying to contact them, I am trying to change my legal entity seller verification has approved the change but because I have an active loan I can not proceed until a new agreement has been set up but sending an email opens a case which gets no reply or they say i need to contact amazon lending direct and they can't help, this is very frustrating to say the least
