Do you mean Order Defect Rate? Order Defect Rate is a percentage over a specific time frame window of 60 days (as of today its 25 Dec 2023 - 22 Feb 2024)

That percentage will vary depending on the total number of order defects divided by the total number of orders in the current window.

You just need to wait until the defect orders leave the time frame window. Note your ODR may go UP before it goes down, again, it depends on total order count as its percentage based.

If your order defect rate is above 1% Amazon may have removed your feature offer eligibility.

This will mean reduced sales.

Once your order defect rate goes below 1% you should become featured offer eligible again. However in rare cases this doesn't happen and you have to wait longer.

For now I would look into the reasons why your defect rate when above 1%. If it is due to a problem you can fix going forward then I would advise you work on fixing that.
