Unable to Continue Amazon UK Registration Due to Pending Merchant ID Registration
I am experiencing an issue with my Amazon registration under my Merchant ID. When attempting to continue the registration process, I received a notification that another Merchant ID has a pending registration, which is preventing me from completing my registration for Amazon. Below it appears:
You have not completed registering [Moderator Edit: removed personal information] in Amazon.co.uk. Click on 'Continue registering' to continue in your account registration process or 'Pick a different merchant or marketplace'.
However, when I log into Seller Central, I am unable to locate this pending registration under my account. I have checked the Account Health Dashboard, the Account Info section, and my associated services, but I cannot find any pending registrations linked to my account.
Please help where to locate this Merchant ID so we can cancel this pending registration

Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums.
For you to locate the Merchant Token, please follow these steps:
- Access your Seller Central Account
- In the top-right corner, you will see a gear, hover over it and select Account Info
- Then select Business information
- And there, click on Merchant Token
- This will display all the merchant tokens associated with your account.
