Hi, I was just wondering if this had happened to anyone else?

I registered with Royal Mail for a business account (OBA).

I linked the account to three online selling platforms.

I didn't notice immediately but it transpired that they charged me for the shipping labels via the OBA account and ALSO deducted the amount again from my eBay account.

This also happened on one of the other platforms ('E') however on this Amazon platform it worked perfectly and they did not deduct the postage, it was charged only through OBA, as it should have been.

RM are refusing to accept any responsibility regarding refunding me.

Has anyone else had such an experience?
