Hijacked Brand and Hijacked listings
Hello All,
Started with Amazon less than 2 months ago, about 10 days ago someone hijacked my listing and My brand. Using all my images, and selling counterfeit for much cheaper Hijacker's (name is Boro Bere Store OU)
I have reported this issue to Amazon a number of times since all started , cases keep getting rejected..
- I have the brand registered ( I am the brand owner )
- Trade mark registered ( certificate submitted to Amazon when case was open )
- GS1 certificate ( was submitted to Amazon when case was open )
- Hijacker's listing ( provided amazon with screenshots)
I am loosing money and brand is being used by this unethical seller. Any advise on how to solve this problem please ?? as Amazon seems to be not bothered about helping a new seller!

Unfortunately, this issue seems to be becoming quite common lately. The same thing happened to us — our ASINs were first hijacked and changed to YEVZYDC Store. After notifying Amazon and opening a case, our brand name was restored.
However, just a few weeks later, the exact same issue occurred again — this time the listings were changed to GRTLPOK Store. Amazon restored them after another case, but recently the brand name was again changed back to GRTLPOK Store, except for one ASIN.
What’s even more concerning is that one of our team managers has started receiving WhatsApp messages and ransom demands from individuals claiming they can “fix” the brand name issue. This has caused significant distress, as we cannot reasonably ask employees to switch off their phones completely, and it’s now affecting their wellbeing and confidence at work.
Please be cautious — you may also receive such WhatsApp messages or calls from these individuals. Do not engage or pay any money to them.

Really tough getting it fixed, its a nightmare. I went round and round the useless seller support for ages and ended up signing up to some £700 per month program with Amazon just so she could sort it out. FYI, it took her ages and she did say its really tricky getting it put back to your brand. Whole thing is an embarrassment and shameful for Amazon!
