Error message whilst trying to ship to Amazon warehouse for FBA. (First product)
HELP! Receiving this error upon trying to create a shipment for my first product = ‘This product must be removed from the shipment because there are currently no fulfilment centres in the destination country capable of receiving the product’. (it is not hazmat, and is not a restricted product - i can see similar products made of identical material already listed on Amazon too).
I Completed a selling application for the brand, thinking this was the issue, but today it was accepted and still nothing changing even after creating a new ASIN -also created a mock listing to ensure my account is not unable to ship products, but the mock product allowed shipment…super weird
Support was useless, said they cant find the issue, and closed the case.
Anybody have any ideas of how to resolve this?

Hi, I just heard back from SS and they mentioned that I update the number of boxes to 1 to see if the issue is resolved. My products were packaged in to 4 boxes which i had mentioned in the details. I have now updated my listing and it takes 24 hrs to update so will try again tomorrow. Fingers crossed it works.

Just because the product isn’t actually Hazmat, does not mean that Amazon don’t think it is.
So this is a possibility.
Sizes/weights could also be an issue.
I hope that doesn’t mean what I think you mean.
You created an entire new product, just to test?
You are aware, that you cannot then delete it?

I am having the same issue. the product I am selling is not hazmat and i have checked the dimensions 10 times and they are correct. I am still getting the same error. I haven’t contacted seller’s support yet and came across this post. Were you able to resolve the error?

I’ve had this multiple times, particularly with luggage/baggage type items. As I’m not the listing owner I’ve edited the listing multiple times without success. Countless email exchanges with SS all yield nothing. It’s a pointless exercise to be quite honest. Just fbm the item and move on unless you have a slam dunk of a product and endless supply, you will end up pulling your hair out dealing with support for no gain. Sorry can’t help more.

I had this with a product I didnt think was hazardous, but if you keep trying then it will eventually let you (mine did the next day), it might just be that the fulfilment centre is at capacity for ‘hazardous products’. Sometimes they decide a product is hazardous even when we might think it is

Yes i purchased this item from an existing Chinese manufacturing company that also customises logo and branding on products. i have purchased a product with a customised logo on the product itself, the packaging has no logo it is a blank box. This exact product does not yet exist on Amazon though.
I have not yet registered as a brand, but I have completed something called a selling application for the brand, which permits me to sell the brand under the generic title until i attain a patent and complete the actual brand registration.
