FBA Shipments - Units Expected/Located Discrepencies
We get a lot of discrepancies when sending units to FBA.
We are 100% confident that the unit count is correct in the shipments we send but AMZ often report discrepancies. i.e Units Expected = 400, Units Located = 396.
Only looking at shipments with status ‘Closed’ here.
The discrepancies go the other way too, i.e Units Expected = 80, Units Located = 82.
Do other sellers experience this?

Yes, I give up fighitng it, Amazon are essentially always right.
I’m in the same situation as you, I am 300% sure that I sent in the correct items (my items come in wholesale packs of 6, I put a pack of 6 into a physical box in my shop, then add 6 to the FBA shipment, when my physcal box is full I tell Amazon to print me out all FNSKU’s for everything in the box, another person then comes along opens the wholesale packs and attaches the FNSKU’s to the products, if all FNSKUs and all cards are accounted for then the count must be correct…
However when Amazon get them they manage to get 5 of one card, 7 of another etc… I’m honestly at a stage where I’m amazed if a shipment has the correct totals…

Yes, allmost all shipments sent and there is no way to appeal as those shpments are closed with "investigation completed" note and no matter what you explain, the case gets closed sayin - nothing can be done.
