We are reviewing your account. Funds will not be transferred to you during the review but will stay in your account. Please continue to ship your orders and only list items that you can ship by the expected shipping date.

If your new to Amazon and have started well selling a lot of units amazon will pause your selling to assure themselves that you are an honest seller.
If you have not entered any tracking for your sales this is a red flag to amazon. You will need to study the Amazon university to ensure that you are doing everything right.
Vat or Tax ID are you based in the uk (resident) if not then you will need to get this sorted asap. If your outside the uk look up netp as a tax status.
They will want invoices from a wholesaler for the products that you have sold as well.

Do not worry, this will take some days and them if you make all good now and in the past, amazon will finish the review and everything will be ok

You should try and buy some shipping via Amazon if you can, then you'll have some tracking if you can't provide it from elsewhere.
