I've seen this asked several times across the UK and EU forums but have not yet seen any tangible answers yet, unfortunately.

We have over 750,000 ASINs across our EU marketplaces. We are the manufacturer, we own the brands on Amazon and we already have a responsible person service in the EU.

How do we upload the required manufacturer and responsible person addresses data for all of our ASINs in bulk?

I have tried using the "submit Compliance Information" button from the account health page and it says that it has accepted the data, but after a month nothing has changed, the number of listings on the account health page for "Regulatory compliance" is the same.

I have already read the help pages which says to get in touch with the brand owner to be able to add it at the brand level, but there are no instructions on how to actually do this. We are the brand owner but the help pages don't cover how and the tools I found myself don't seem to do anything.

I saw mention of a flat file solution in the German forums but the steps from that didn't work either.

Of course seller support have been completely useless when asked about it, having absolutely no knowledge on what I'm talking about and just linking me the help page that I had already said that I have read and even quoted to them in my email.

Does anybody here have any idea what working options are available for uploading this information for a large number of ASINs? Has anybody actually had any ASINs approved and cleared out of the account health page?
