Please Help! - Selling on Amazon Account Verification

I just randomly received an email this morning from Amazon with subject: [Action Required] Information needed for your Selling on Amazon payment account.

Can someone please provide some advice on which documents to submit so I can avoid an account suspension? I will attach screenshots of the email received, and the notice inside my seller account below.

Just an update, I’m registered as an individual/sole proprietor. So I’m not sure why Amazon is asking me for Articles of Association and share allotment which would only pertain to an LLC limited company?
