Amazon postage costs for FBM

Hi people,

I have tried searching but found no answers so sorry if this has been asked already.

Is there a list of prices for Amazon shipping lables?

I have click and drop and send on the 48 service but items are not being scanned at the door and claims of non delivery recently have led to bad feedback and threats from Amazon of closing my account.

Are you sure your C&D is linked properly ?

Obviously the cost of shipping labels from Amazon Buy Shipping depends on the size and weight of the items. Although I don't use C&D, I have read on here that unscanned items are validated in the background, but you do still sometimes get the threatening emails. Hopefully someone else can confirm this.

Amazon advise that they validate unscanned parcels such as Royal Mail 48. Read here

In general, the VTR rate if exclusively using RM 48 will be around 80%. That's below the requirement, but amazon state that they will validate unscanned parcels. You will still get warnings in seller central, and emails - but that should be it.

You may still get bad feedback though as some parcels might get lost - but amazon also send out emails stating that customers parcels might be lost and that they can claim a refund. Reading the feedback, it does look genuine. i would assume the warning from amazon is due to a high ODR rate. It is unlikely (but not impossible) they will shutter your account owing to two negative bits of feedback.

You could upgrade to RM Tracked 48 to get less lost in post, and this would take your VTR to above 99% in our experience. You don't necessarily need to use Amazon Buy Shipping though.
