My Amazon Central Account has been hacked,

My Amazon Central Account has been hacked and I cannot log in to reach Amazon Central support. The system is inadequate because you can only contact Amazon Seller Support by login into the account but I can't because they keep saying I need to follow the two-step verification, which I have done about 70 times and low and behold it keeps returning me to the two step verification.

Today after another attempt I received this email:

We received your documents and restored access to your account. Two-Step Verification is now disabled.

We have also noticed you have a seller account associated with the same e-mail address. As per Amazon Seller policies, Two-Step Verification is mandatory for accessing seller accounts. For this reason, you will not be able to access your seller account.

To regain access to your seller account, you need to enable Two-Step Verification on your account again.

Can you see the problem with this?

Someone has obviously stolen my details and is using my email for another Amazon Central account BUT there is nowhere I can go to about this FRAUD to complain, as the phone numbers listed above are for Amazon.co.uk and not Amazon Central.

When I contact Amazon.co.uk they tell me they do not have access to Amazon Central Team and that I need to login to my account.

The system is an utter disgrace.

If anyone can offer any advise on how to resolve this issue I would be most grateful.
