Amazon V Amazon, who is right?
We use Amazon shipping and I have 2 orders that Amazon delivered on time, to the correct address, took photos of the delivery and both customers agree the photos are of their addresses.
However items were left 'safe' buyer claims items not there when the came home and open Amazon A-Z cases.
Amazon refunds both as they say items not left correctly by Amazon shipping. Amazon shipping have refused our claims for loss as they say items delivered correctly and to the correct address and they have photo evidence.
How can this be right that Amazon can say in the same breath that 2 items where not delivered and where delivered correctly? Seems it suits Amazon to refund the buyer with our money, no cost to them, but not meet our claim as no loss to them.
About to take Amazon to small claims court as both views cannot be right and we will let the court decide who refunds us.

Small claims court is your only route. We've seen this issue many, many times across the forum.
Its common to see the outcome of an A-Z be...'you've provided evidence you delivered the item. However, the customer still said you didn't so we are going to refund them.
Do let us know the outcome of the claim if you can!

After several more emails Amazon shipping has now agreed to accept my claim, saying it was denied in error.
The point here, is if Amazon will not even take the word of Amazon that an item has been delivered, then what will they accept? It just leaves the door open to anyone to claim non receipt and shop on Amazon for free.
