No reply from seller support why?
Hi… I have contacted seller support through the appropriate channels, 3 times now, and no one ever replies. All i get in an automated message saying to email seller support which I have done 3 times but still nothing. I am getting seriously fed up now. Am I doing something wrong?. I have always been polite and informative in my emails but clearly they are not read as the automated messages never even touch on what I am actually saying.

What is the question you are attempting to ask? The content might explain the reason for the automated response.

Why don’t you try to report a new issue but ask for them to call you back? They are required to give you a call when you open a new case. I found this was much more effective that a normal case with an email reply. I can’t say I was completely happy with their help but it was much better compared to them closing down my cases automatically.

You can make them call you back by Clicking Get Support / Contact Us / Click the Report Product Page Problem to remove the annoying pop up and enable the left hand menu / Select “Other Issues” / Then click “All Other Issues” You enter your phone number in the box below and you will get an instant call back from Seller Support.
