Cust Claimed 1 out of 10 undelivered on A_Z. DPD tracking provided with photo but refund applied for all 10 items
A customer ordered 10 units at £42 each.
Put a-z claim against 1 of the units not turning up. Tracking info provided with all parcels showing including photo and order accepted in order name. On appeal Denied and refund issued for all 10 units at £422.
I am just about to appeal the amount but as we all know, Amazon do not care 1 bit. Can I get some advice/template to approach SS about this.
