We had our account deactivated 3rd June 2024 due to a suspected trademark image infringement, we have been desperately for the last 3 months sending multiple appeals to account health team to appeal the decision and reactivate the account, and now resorted for the appeal to go to mediation to try and resolve the issue, eventually I received a email on 7th August 2024 advising within 10 days they will try to resolve the dispute or they will pass onto mediation, to date again after countless calls to them they have not responded to my desperate pleas, we are a small company of 8 staff and on the brink of bankruptcy as the Amazon platform was an integral part of our company survival. We are in a very desperate situation with regards to the held funds at Amazon and a deactivated platform, please if possible and anyone from Amazon on this forum try and help with communication to resolve these issues.
