Could be days or even weeks.
They not only have to verify your personal info. ID, but also your business details, assuming you are a business, unless you have signed up for an Individual Seller Account where you are only planning to sell off your own personal second-hand items such as books, DVDs,CDs etc.

when I go to make a new listing its saying
