'Zero policy violation warnings' with no option to resolve?

Hi used to sell via FBA about 7 years ago, cashed out, and have now decided to come back to it.

My account has been deactivated (which is fine, haha)... It says 'You must successfully address all issues below to qualify for account reactivation.' but then Violations: 0, 7 August 2024 - 3 February 2025, Target: 0 Issues... 'Zero policy violation warnings' is showing in the table but with no further information.

Does anyone have any idea what I'm meant to do next?

have you checked your bank information is still verified with green ticks ✅

If it’s been 7 years then certainly you need to be re-verified
