FBA Shipment, confusing pickup status
I have 4 boxes/cases which I chose the Amazon partnered carrier option for.
I am confused as to why the status for the shipment (FBA) went from 'Ready to Ship' to 'Shipped' but the boxes are literally right here in front of me in my house, and haven't been picked up.
I would like to think the 'Shipped' status implies that Amazon have come to collect the parcel. Right?
I have sent a message to the Amazon team for some clarity about this but as usual, they have taken whole day and have not responded.
Does anyone have an idea/can provide some clarity on what perhaps could be happening or if they've encountered this issue also before/currently?

Ignore the status on Seller Central.
Have you actually arranged collection with UPS? It's not done automatically, you need to book it on the UPS website.
