Hi all.

We are trying to create a shipment plan, one of the boxes of one ASIN weighs 16.6kg.

However when creating the shipment plan and entering the correct box weight of 16.6kg the "confirm and continue" and "save" buttons are greyed out and not clickable. The system is not allowing us to enter and save the weight of 16.6kg.

Any ideas?

Support is just sending us in circles, telling us the box must weight less than 23kg (it does) and must have heavy package labels if greater than 15kg (it will)!
