Buy Shipping Tracking
Occasionally, I will have the odd buyer claiming non receipt of an order a month after ordering. In any other marketplace, the tracking will be displayed on the order when you use their postage labels. But not Amazon Buy Shipping as you know.
When I download the shipping label from other marketplaces, the PDF label is on my computer, and I will always have that tracking number and a copy of that label. I'm not sure if I have set up QZ tray correctly, but it only prints direct to the label printer, it doesn't download the PDF file first. Amazon seem determined to not let me have a permanenet copy of that tracking number!
Am I missing something?

Hello magoo,
If you used Royal Mail for the despatch and posted at a Post Office you would have received a Proof of Posting which has a Tracking Number on it...
I think there's an Az report that includes Tracking Details but don't remember how to access it - either someone on the Forums will be able to help or you can search for older discussions for details...
