VINE REVIEWER - DISAPPOINTING
Recently I introduced a new product and decided "Why not give Vine a try to kick off the reviews?".
Now, I know that reviews can be positiive or negative and I always accept them and use them to better the product or service we offer. So here is an example of the quality of the review you can see with the Vine program:

So when using the Vine review process, where the reviewers have been vetted by Amazon, I would think that any review, positive or negative, would have a bit more MEAT to it. Many Vine reviewers are obviously too lazy to write more than the minimum words accepted for reviews. Worst of all, Amazon doesn't provide any means to correct lazy Vine reviewers. I can see that the Vine program has had little if any changes even though many posts can be found in sellerforums about bad seller experiences using Vine reviewers.
NOTE: Even after using the Refund Customer/Customer Support button in the review process, this Vine reviewer has yet to even respond!!
So, until Amazon can provide the Seller with the ability to work with the Vine reviewer directly or raise the bar on who they have in the Vine program or create guidelines that require the review to elaborate on whatever their experience was....., I can only provide the Vine program with this reviews: DISAPPOINTING. Didn't work at all

Thank you for your honest feedback regarding the Vine program. Amazon does evaluate the update their pool of reviewers continuously to ensure only the most active, helpful reviewers are part of Vine. If you are comfortable passing along the order number, I will include that in feedback I intend to route up.
