Hello, I am getting a notification as below. How can I fix this error? I’m told to contact but I can’t contact anyone because I can’t open my sellercentral account. How can I solve this problem?

you must be in your account to post here ?

Are you allowing anyone to login to your account from abroad for example a VA , using the primary account

I think my seller account and my customer account belong to the same mail. So I think I might be having a problem. I wanted to login to my client account for this and it gave an error. He asked me for some documents. I have submitted the documents he requested and am currently seeing this error message.
