Incorrect competitive external price detected and losing the buy box, help!

I am losing sales because Amazon is claiming that the competitive external price for a product is $11. This would absolutely be the case if the listing was for a unit of 1, but it is for a lot of 2 units. With FBA, the fees costs $5.98 to win the buy box when priced @ $11. It is then cheaper to price the item @ $9.99 because the fees cost $4.36.

Regardless, the wholesale price for this item is currently about $2.75. Multiply by 2, and the inventory costs is $5.50. This item has to be priced at least $12.99 or higher to bring any profit which is how my item is currently priced. Problem is I am only making about 10 sales a day at this price when this is a high selling item and that I just bought 24,000 units of inventory. I have priced the item @ $9.99 for a day and it is selling over 90 units at that price but I would be losing money.

Outside of Amazon, no one is selling TWO of these for $11 as it is not profitable for anyone. Since this is for 2 units, the competitive external pricing should be @ $19.99. Mind you, Walmart is offering only one unit of this item for $16.99.

The 2 times I've reached out to seller support it is apparent that they do not understand the issue.

Can someone help on what can be done to correct this??
