Tracking Numbers Report
Is there a report that I can download that shows the tracking numbers, we buy shipping via the buy shipping option and all are sent tracked. However i am looking back and cannot see tracking numbers for Parcels sent second class which are also tracked.

Hi Simply_Sew_Crafty_Lt,
I don't know of a report.
If you send small parcels via Amazon Buy Shipping Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class, no tracking number is issued by Amazon and one only appears on the Printed Label and the Proof of Posting

You can see them on an order by order basis in the order details.
Either use the search to search the order number or go into the order from the message if they send it through Amazon, there is a section that in the order that shows shipping service and tracking number

You do realise that you do not need to send everything tracked ?, and especially if lower value, and especially if buying via Buy Shipping, as doing so your VTR will be absolutely fine anyway.
