VTR Cross Border - Royal Mail International Standard Anyone?

Is there anybody out there still using Royal Mail International Standard DE4/DG4 for cross border shipments?

The VTR policy and all the advice by mods on here and Seller Support says that one physical scan is sufficient for VTR. Royal Mail International Standard has one physical scan so should be fine for VTR.

However, the scans are not being recorded by Amazon and our metrics are really poor. We have been in regular communication with Royal Mail (who agree with us) and Seller Support (who we are going round in circles with) but not really getting anywhere. To us there is clearly an Amazon data issue with retrieving info from Royal Mail.

We do not want to move to fully tracked as 1. The VTR policy does not require this and 2. Our prices would have to increase substantially and decimate our cross border business as we deal in lower value items.

Would love to know if there are others out there in the same boat?

Thx

My understanding was that it is only domestic shipments (UK) that are relevant for VTR ? - maybe that has been changed and it is all shipments - really don't know. Yes, it obviously has changed , to include shipments over £20.

Just found this on the VTR policy page:

VTR requirements

You must maintain a 95% VTR for the following Fulfilled by Merchant shipments:

Domestic shipments: Shipments from an address in the UK to a delivery address in the UK .

Cross-border shipments above £20: Shipments to and from Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Austria or Sweden that have an order value above €20 (including shipping, excluding VAT).
