FBA Refund by Amazon
Amazon issued a full refund for the item, but the product was never returned and no reimbursement has been provided. As it stands, the refund was processed without the item being sent back, and there has been no follow-up regarding repayment or recovery of the item from Amazon’s end.
All I have is the refund amount credited to my account, with no explanation provided for why it was issued. There is no record of the refund in the FBA refund reports, Voice of the Customer, or any other related reports.
Customer service had advised waiting for 45 days, but that period has already passed with no further updates or resolution. Any help & advise what can be done in this situation?
