Can't contact seller support
I have a UK account, I haven't started selling yet but Amazon UK charges me every month. My card works, I am charged every month, I can see all the charges on my card. When I check on the seller account the card status is green and says active, but my seller account says:
''Your account is inactive
You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated.''
What is going on? My brand is approved in the brand registry so I have supplied all the informations and now even though I pay (despite not selling) I can not do anything on my account.

So you are not charged the monthly fee (£30) you need to downgrade the selling plan, from professional to individual plan, that you signed up for. Go to settings - account info - sell on amazon - same again - and tick the individual button.
If your account is saying 'inactive', it may be that it has not been fully verified yet - this can take quite some time as they check all your personal ID info and business details. At least it seems that your bank details are verified. If you have not yet sold anything you can open a case with seller support - Help - and can maybe get a refund of the unused fees - at Amazon's discretion (used to be up to 6 months)
