Please help, continually stuck in a customer service and disbursement loop
Hi, i wonder if anyone can advise a way forward before i lose my mind. My account has been deactivated and I just want to get the funds from my account, I have no interest in reactivating my account. The disbursement team say they have removed the hold on the funds in my account but additional identity verification information is needed. Unfortunately they have not removed the hold on the identity verification page which is showing as restricted so I cannot enter the information required to then complete the payment withdrawal. Please can someone advise how to get this identity verification restriction removed so or suggest an alternative way to disperse my funds? I contact seller central and the disbursement team but go around in circles, they just repeat same process to to me and i keep repeating that i am unable to edit as its locked. ANY help would be appreciated.

Amazon won’t disburse to a deactivated account so you have to persevere with providing what they require.
Raise a case - ask for it to be forwarded to the Verification team (not disbursement team) asking them to open up the closed/greyed out sections in your identity section that need the info inputting

Go to the cog icon top right of screen
Click on account info
Click on Payment Information on left
Click on Bank Account Information
Locate country with issue
Click on Replace Deposit Method
Enter your old details. Wait three days and disbursement occurs.
