【Help】 Anyone know any channels to contact the Amazon Review Team, or any methods to make review team to respond quicker?
Due to a buyer complaint, we were required to submit an appeal, and the seller support team tell us: it takes 3 to 5 business days to receive a reply from the review team.
We have submitted the required documents on June 26, 2025, but have not received any response until July 3.
Other than make a phone call from the Account Health page, do you know other channels to contact the review team or to know the review result sooner?
