Frustrated – Repeated Rejections Over File Name Issue
Hello,
I’m trying to get approved to sell on Amazon, and I’ve uploaded all the correct documents multiple times — yet I keep receiving the same automated message saying the file name is incorrect.
I've renamed the file three different times following every guideline I could find, but the system keeps rejecting it without any clear explanation. It's incredibly frustrating, especially since I’ve done everything I’m supposed to.
