Frustrated – Repeated Rejections Over File Name Issue

Hello,

I’m trying to get approved to sell on Amazon, and I’ve uploaded all the correct documents multiple times — yet I keep receiving the same automated message saying the file name is incorrect.

I've renamed the file three different times following every guideline I could find, but the system keeps rejecting it without any clear explanation. It's incredibly frustrating, especially since I’ve done everything I’m supposed to.

Here are the case/reference IDs for the attempts I’ve made:

I honestly don’t know what more I can do. Can someone PLEASE review this manually and tell me exactly what the issue is? I just want to move forward with my seller account.
