Customer removed bad review but it's still showing up.
It appears that a customer has deleted their negative review but it is still showing on the customer front facing .com site.
The customer gave a negative review. I offered a full refund and then they gave me a 5 star Seller Feedback review (I know this is different from a customer product review) and I think deleted their bad product review because at that same time the review no longer showed up in my Seller Central "customer reviews." Prior to all of this it was in my seller central. So the fact that it is no longer in seller central indicates to me that it was deleted.
The order id is 114-8602867-0430616
I called Amazon support and they were not able to help me and directed me to the forum. They could not see my seller central side and just said it's on the .com so it's there. I really would like to talk to someone who has access to my seller central so they can see and understand what I am talking about. I sent them screen shots but it did not help her understand what I was talking about. Any help is appreciated.

After reviewing the information, I notice the feedback still showing, meaning buyer did not remove the feedback, also, according to support case they advise you to check on the customer review forum, that is located on the voice of the seller tab, in seller central.
