GTIN EXEMPTION
Hi Amazon,
I am trying to list a product to sell and I do not have an external product ID for it. I have applied three times for a GTIN exemption and have received all them approved. However, my listing still won't show that I have a GTIN exemption.

Hello @Seller_Hn16FMxTCfFFv,
Thank you for your post. In certain cases, category-level approvals may be required in addition to GTIN exemption approvals to start listing products on Seller Central. In case you are unable to list products using an approved GTIN exemption, we recommend that you check if you are already approved to list in that particular category. If you do not have this approval already, go to Overview of categories for more information on category-level approvals and apply accordingly.
For the exemption to work, be sure to enter the Category and Brand name exactly as they appear in your exemption approval notice. If your product is a book, when listing ensure that you enter the publisher name exactly as it appears in your exemption in both the brand and manufacturer fields of your product details. If you use a different case or insert additional characters or spaces, the system will not recognize your exemption.
More information on Add a product after you receive a GTIN exemption.
