Trying to close Amazon UK account

Hi All,

I have a successful Amazon.com seller account but accidentally created an Amazon.co.uk (Europe) account as well. The issue is I am unable to find how to close my UK account without it affecting my .com seller account. I no longer want the UK account due to additional fees monthly.

I have followed instructions and clicked Close Account or Downgrade but it switches to my Amazon.com account which i DO NOT want to close.

There is no easy way to email seller support… Can someone please tell me how I can create a new case to Amazon so they can help?

Seller Central > Help > Contact Us > Selling on Amazon > (type anything in the box) Get Help > Your Account > Other account issues

I would also treat closing the UK account as a seperate issue and attempt to do this as quickly as possible as Amazon do not accept duplicate Seller Accounts without prior agreemnet and will suspend both accounts if they find out , and this takes longer to resintate than a normal suspension.

Then just downgrade the UK account, that way there will be no more monthly fees due on it.
Seller central/settings/account info
then scroll down the left to “Your services/Manage” and downgrade from Pro to Individual.
Make sure you delete any listings if you no longer want any orders on the UK site.
