As an aside looking at your details have you registered with HMRC as a NETP as otherwise getting verified by Amazon may be the least of your concerns.

You need to respond via the emails that you will have received regarding your account verification.
Also, as per the above reply, if you intend to store your goods in UK for FBA then you will need to be VAT registered here, and as you are a Ltd company register with Companies House.
