Premium shipping option not showing on listings
We are eligible for premium 1 day shipping but the option is not showing on our listings. We tinkered with the settings a week ago and it seems to have disappeared since then, but we don't know what we have done wrong! I have added images of a listing as well as our set up - any help would be appreciated!

very odd on your ASIN B07VYX71BY if I set a delivery postcode for Birmingham I get no fast delivery, but for Aberdeen, I get faster delivery Friday.

I took a look at different postcodes, and it seems that fast delivery is scheduled for tomorrow, even in Birmingham.
Reviewing your screenshots, I noticed you've selected the One-Day Premium Shipping option with an order by 2:00 p.m. deadline.
Have you observed if this issue occurs before or after the 2:00 p.m. timeframe?
Additionally, it might be worthwhile to review the Operating Days you've configured in your General Fulfillment Settings, as it could influence the delivery date.

Are you using Shipping Setting Automation?
If Amazon deems that if the delivery service you use cannot deliver on time it will not show the premium delivery option to the customer. This is what this setting does. Amazon uses information from couriers and its own tracking to determine if there is a bottleneck at a particular postcode and if so removes premium delivery option. So you could find certain area have premium delivery but others areas not.
