Seller Fulfilled Prime - via DPD approved carrier

Hi
I’ve just downloaded the DPD Merchant Fulfilment Network Rates. I understand the cost is is based on monthly volume; the more you ship the higher the tier and the lower the cost.

There is no mention of extremity UK postcodes, Channel islands etc. Are the rates offered from DPD a flat fee based on monthly volume alone?

There are additional costs for outlying postcodes detailed in the small print, on the rate card.
I can’t find it at the moment, but it is there.

I’ve downloaded the rate card and can only see surcharges for London Congestion? Is there another rate card? Thanks for your help.
