Account Deactivated for "Inauthentic" Pokémon – Zero Warnings/Complaints

Fellow sellers, I need urgent advice. My account was deactivated without any warnings, complaints, or performance notifications for allegedly selling an inauthentic Pokémon product (ASIN: B0CJCCNN9S).

My Situation:

✔ Sold only 46 units (then went OOS for a month)

✔ Zero customer complaints (no A-to-Z claims, negative feedback, or returns)

✔ No prior alerts in Account Health or Policy Compliance

❌ Suddenly suspended with a generic "inauthentic" email

Key Questions:

Has anyone faced this with Pokémon? How did you prove authenticity without prior complaints?

Does Amazon sometimes auto-flag new sellers for high-risk brands?

Will proforma invoices + supplier agreements work, or must they be commercial?

How to prevent this when restocking brand-restricted items?

Hello, brother,

I had the same situation with my amazon australia seller account. Pokemon 9 with asin caused my account to be deactivated due to inauthenticity. I never sold the products. I sent e-mails many times but no one returned. Amazon also wants LOA, I don't know what to do. As a result of my long research, most people's accounts were disabled due to Pokemon.

Yes, this happens often with Pokemon and other high risk brands. Amazon's policy requires approval or authentic invoices directly tied to the Pokémon brand. even if you're selling a different brand but use the word “Pokemon” in your title. It must also be listed under the Pokémon brand.

Amazon tends to auto-flag newer sellers more aggressively, while leave old sellers stay up and list samething. In my experience, even if you provide invoices, Amazon may still demand full supply chain documentation directly from Pokémon, which is hard to get unless you're supplier is authorized from pokemon.

To avoid future issues, either avoid using the word “Pokemon” or any big brand unless you're fully approved, or ensure you're sourcing from authorized Pokemon distributors.
