Proof of Address Rejected Repeatedly
Hi everyone,
My account is active and getting sales, but Amazon suddenly started a verification issue. I first submitted my Meezan Digital Account statement, which was rejected. Then I opened a physical Meezan Bank current account (Batapur branch) and submitted an official bank statement with logo, stamp, and manager signature, but it’s still being rejected with the same message:
“The proof of address document that you provided was not one of the acceptable document types.”
This is unacceptable and very frustrating, as I’ve followed all the steps exactly. It’s been over two weeks, and this delay is badly affecting my business.
Please help or escalate this.

they want a utility bill in your name and address as registered on Amazon- not a bank statement (unless that’s an additional request)
