Any advice/help? Account has been successfully re-activated still can't sell anything

Hi, I wonder if you could help?

My account has been successfully re-activated (yesterday), but I'm finding I still can't sell anything.

Can you please help lifting any restriction??

The same thing happened a month ago - and I went through all the required steps - bank stamped pic of passport, full month of up to date transactions, stamped on each page and signed by bank staff member.

Btw, the original suspension seemed to be so that Amazon could prove I'm not politically active/sensitive btw.. I've never any probs at all with my account.. and just sell a couple of medical books and DVDs.

On trying to reach Amazon with this, I'm given:

https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/contact-us/contact-amazon-form.html.

On using this, I'm told that 'This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal;

I just don't know what to do - and can't reach anyone on the 'phone...

I wonder, does any one on the Forum have any idea how to proceed? Has anyone had this and conquered it?! Any leads hugely appreciated...

@Ezra_Amazon - I noticed that you were helping another seller work out what to do: is there any chance you could help me too? I think I'm very close to having the restrict lifted - it's just that I don't understand why I'm reactivated but still seemingly suspended...
