Taking very long time to reactivate best-selling ASIN due to mysterious stock

Hi,

Our best-selling ASIN B08K7P576B was suspended a few months ago due to improper labelling.

Since then, we have fully cooperated with Amazon to resolve the issue—submitting all required documentation, relabelling our inventory in line with Amazon and regulatory standards, and clearing the existing stock to enable reactivation of the ASIN.

All related communication can be found under Case IDs 10977463382 and 11140068442.

However, we have recently been informed that the ASIN cannot be reactivated because not all stock has been cleared from the fulfilment centres. We were told this might be due to remaining units from another seller. This is confusing, as we are the exclusive sellers of this ASIN and no other seller should have inventory under this listing. Even if a rogue seller had previously sent units somehow, we do not have visibility or control over their stock.

We kindly request the Amazon team to investigate this matter further and advise on any steps we can take to expedite the reactivation process. We are also willing to cover the cost of any residual stock claimed to exist, as both our business and Amazon have been experiencing significant lost sales due to this suspension.
