UK TO USA shipping settings
Has anyone been able to get their shipping setting from the UK to the USA lower than 10 to 20 days? We have a fully tracked 7 day delivery service from the UK to USA and Canada and are unable to change our shipping settings to reflect this for our customers.
Amazon Account manager advised the setting should be there but it isnt. Amazons own policy states it will be available with the new shipping settings yet it isnt and Amazon support have said we cannot have the 7-14 days shipping time frame as no one is allowed it now.
We have been running fully tracked since Jan with no Joy other than it stopping the relentless scamming A-Z claims
Anyone have any Idea?

I can set mine as low as 2-3 days on all my shipping templates and a number of points up to 7-21 days.
I assume you are on a pro. plan?
