You can now see how top-performing sellers in your store perform on the Customer Service Quality Insights dashboard. We've added this comparison feature to help you identify improvement opportunities and set clear performance goals.

We launched Customer Service Quality Insights in December 2025 to help sellers who self-ship and provide their own customer service to track three key metrics: Buyer Contact Rate, Average Contact Response Time and Buyer Dissatisfaction Rate.

With this new data, you can see exactly how leading sellers in your store perform on these same metrics. This comparison can help you improve your customer service and potentially receive repeat business.

To learn more, go to Customer service quality insights on Feedback Manager.

Had a good few years on amazon but sales have now completely collapsed. Nothing changed and simply dont know why the sudden loss in sales. So we are closing the shop and solely replying on our own website. Has anyone else closed their amazon store and gone solo with their own website? We are sick of the continuous jumping through hoops, customers fraudulently making claims, bad service by royal mail, and the DD+7 payment disbursements. Its simply not worth selling on here. Cost of advertising is through the roof as are the fees. Anyone else gone through similar?

Hi everyone,

I am facing a frustrating issue with my Account Health and need some advice on how to proceed.

One of my long-selling listings was recently deactivated because a customer reported a "product quality" issue. However, this is a product I have been selling successfully for a very long time. The root cause of the negative feedback has always been the same: customers do not read the compatibility chart carefully before purchasing. I have done everything possible to prevent this. I clearly state the compatibility requirements in the main product images, bullet points, and A+ content. Despite this, some buyers still order the wrong variant and then report it as a quality/defective issue.

In the past, I was able to successfully resolve this by submitting a Plan of Action (POA) explaining the specific nature of the product and how customer misunderstanding leads to these false claims.

However, this time is different:

No option to submit a POA: The system is not even giving me an option to upload or submit a POA to explain the situation.

Bad advice from Account Health: I spoke with an Account Health Specialist/Manager, and they actually told me to just "admit the violation" to get the listing reinstated.

I did absolutely nothing wrong, and my product has no quality defects—it is strictly a buyer matching error. Out of desperation to save my listing, I reluctantly followed the manager's advice and admitted the violation, but I feel stuck and uneasy about this approach.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation recently where you weren't allowed to submit a POA? What is the best way to handle this moving forward to protect my account health and recover my listing properly?

Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

brand ungate for my shop
by Seller_KNsAlNj0BBiuN
Amazon replied

Hi All - I'm having a hard time getting a response to an ungate appeal. Originally the response was set for 17th February but I still haven't had a response on the case.

Anyone else experience this? Any idea how long it'll take for them to get back to me?

I have a question on titles manny

So we have many listing on amazon that have different features:

example

XYZ Parts Electric Power Folding Wing Door Mirror, Nissan Juke F16 2019-> | Blind Spot Detection Light, 360 Degree Camera, Primed Cover, UK Passengers Side Left Hand.

XYZ Parts Electric Power Folding Wing Door Mirror, Nissan Juke F16 2019-> | Blind Spot Detection Light, 360 Degree Camera, Primed Cover, UK Drivers Side Right Hand

XYZ Parts Electric Wing Door Mirror, Nissan Juke F16 2019-> | Blind Spot Detection Light, Primed Cover, UK Passengers Side Left Hand.

XYZ Parts Electric Wing Door Mirror, Nissan Juke F16 2019-> | Blind Spot Detection Light, Primed Cover, UK Drivers Side Right Hand

If we updated our listing to the above titles would this class as a duplicated listing?

As the titles would be the same but the highlights would be different for the side of the product I have over 20,000 unique listings and if we cannot do how i have put above i might struggle to get all the information in the title.

How do I find my storefront shop page URL?
by Seller_tRuvBEHDedp4q
Amazon replied

I want to put my amazon storefront URL onto some promotion material -but have hit a brick wall with regards finding out what it is.

I thought it was amazon.co.uk/shops/ABC

(obviously ABC being my user display name) - but this does not work. I get a page that says the web address is not a functioning page on the site.

So I googled the question and was told I could get it from Settings-Account Info-Business Information

But no - there is no store URL I can see under any of the options.

So I tried Settings-Account Info-Store Info

This has a link for 'Your Seller Profile' - and clicking that just shows me all the country sites I am able to sell on (I only sell on the UK site)

Another googled method told me to :

Navigate to one of your active product listings on the Amazon website. Find the "Sold by" section under the buy box. Click on your Seller Name. On the next page, click the link that says "[Your Seller Name] Storefront"

But there is no [Your Seller Name] Storefront link

There is, however, a sequence of tabs one of which is 'Products' so I click that thinking it will take me to a list of my products which is does but the URL is (well I want to include the link but get told off for using offensive language trying to post with a link even though it is an Amazon web address but it is something like amazon/s?me=A1B3RD1FRZK8FD&marketplaceID=A1F83G8C2ARO7P

Which again is hopeless for me to use in promotion material

I just want a simple URL I can put on promotion/advertising material to direct customers to my amazon store but everything I try leads me nowhere. It cannot be this hard for me to give customers a link so they can go straight to my products/store on Amazon surely?

OSS One Stop Shop Storage
by Seller_FtB41fa7DVXUq
Amazon replied

Hi, we’re a US seller with VAT IDs in DE, FR, ES, and the UK. When using OSS, does Amazon keep that 'OSS inventory' separate, or is it just pulled from our general FBA stock stored in those local warehouses? I'm trying to understand the physical storage workflow for OSS-covered sales

Are Amazon Ads Becoming Too Expensive to Be Worth It?
by Seller_uP1hiOIe2PE3u
Amazon replied

Hey fellow sellers,

I’ve noticed my ACoS has been creeping higher each month, even when my keywords are well-optimised. Feels like the competition is getting tougher, and I’m wondering if it’s still worth running ads at the same level.

👉 Are you reducing ad spend, switching to external traffic, or doubling down on Amazon PPC despite rising costs?

👉 Has anyone found a creative way to lower ACoS without killing sales?

Would love to hear what’s working for you right now — I think this is something a lot of us are struggling with.
