Hi whats the easiest way to put all my listed items into my Amazon shop ?

I am one of those shoppers, I only shop on Amazon if I need something quickly, otherwise I shop elsewhere. But even that no longer works like it used to. Amazon Prime's deliveries are just as bad as Evri around here, they often don't ring and leave things in the car park, in the communal recycling bin or on the pavement. A few times recently, the items were delayed, in one case it took 4 days to have a Prime delivery. I think they should focus on these issues first.

I want to put my amazon storefront URL onto some promotion material -but have hit a brick wall with regards finding out what it is.

I thought it was amazon.co.uk/shops/ABC

(obviously ABC being my user display name) - but this does not work. I get a page that says the web address is not a functioning page on the site.

So I googled the question and was told I could get it from Settings-Account Info-Business Information

But no - there is no store URL I can see under any of the options.

So I tried Settings-Account Info-Store Info

This has a link for 'Your Seller Profile' - and clicking that just shows me all the country sites I am able to sell on (I only sell on the UK site)

Another googled method told me to :

Navigate to one of your active product listings on the Amazon website. Find the "Sold by" section under the buy box. Click on your Seller Name. On the next page, click the link that says "[Your Seller Name] Storefront"

But there is no [Your Seller Name] Storefront link

There is, however, a sequence of tabs one of which is 'Products' so I click that thinking it will take me to a list of my products which is does but the URL is (well I want to include the link but get told off for using offensive language trying to post with a link even though it is an Amazon web address but it is something like amazon/s?me=A1B3RD1FRZK8FD&marketplaceID=A1F83G8C2ARO7P

Which again is hopeless for me to use in promotion material

I just want a simple URL I can put on promotion/advertising material to direct customers to my amazon store but everything I try leads me nowhere. It cannot be this hard for me to give customers a link so they can go straight to my products/store on Amazon surely?

### 🚨 THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED TO ME: 15+ Amazon Reviews Disappeared Overnight — Years of Review History Gone

This is **not a theoretical question, warning or blog post**. This has actually happened to my Amazon UK account.

I woke up to find that **around 15 genuine customer reviews had disappeared from one of my established listings overnight**.

I then checked my other listings and discovered something even more concerning — **the same issue had happened across multiple ASINs**.

These are not new listings. In the jewellery and engagement-ring category, building this level of genuine review history takes **years**.

Years of customer orders.

Years of customer feedback.

Years of building trust.

And suddenly, **that review history was no longer showing.**

I contacted Amazon Seller Support, but the explanations I received have not been consistent.

For one ASIN, Amazon told me the reviews were not being shared because the variation included **diamond carat weight**, which they considered a substantive product difference.

But another affected ASIN varies only by **ring size and metal colour**, without carat-weight variation, and the reviews disappeared there as well.

Amazon then told me:

> “Metal type is not a cosmetic colour difference.”

They explained that White Gold, Yellow Gold and Rose Gold are different materials and therefore considered core product differences.

But here is where I am struggling to understand what is happening.

I checked other sellers and found comparable jewellery listings where **Colour is being used as a variation**, with different metal/colour options within the same listing.

One example is **ASIN B0GXTKY5ZG**, and there are several others.

Amazon previously even escalated our case to a specialist team because the earlier explanation did not account for all of the affected ASINs.

### My main concern

**If this can happen to one seller overnight, after years of building genuine reviews, it could potentially happen to any seller.**

I am sharing this because I genuinely want to know:

**Has this happened to anyone else recently?**

Have you opened your account and suddenly found that **years of reviews have disappeared from established ASINs?**

If you sell jewellery and use **Colour variations**, are your reviews still being shared normally?

This is a real experience from my account, and I would genuinely appreciate other sellers sharing what they are seeing.

**I am not posting this as a complaint for the sake of complaining. I want to understand whether this is happening across Amazon or whether something specific has happened to our catalogue.**
