Hello Sellers,

Whether you're managing a handful of products or thousands of SKUs, listing issues can quietly eat into your sales. We want to hear directly from you about what's causing the most friction.

Share Your Experience

  • Which listing issues are taking up most of your time right now — suppressed listings, catalogue conflicts, image rejections, or something else entirely?
  • Have you found a workaround or tool in Seller Central that's made managing listings easier?
  • If you could fix one thing about the listing process on Amazon.co.uk, what would it be?

Your responses help us understand where sellers need more support and better resources. Reply with your answers below — the more specific, the more useful for the community.

We’re introducing passkeys as a more secure way to sign in to your Amazon accounts. Passkeys are tied to your device and password manager, making them resistant to phishing attacks while providing a faster sign-in experience for you.

For those who share account access with multiple individuals, we’ve created a simple setup process to ensure that your entire team stays connected.

For security purposes, we don’t support sharing a single sign-in across multiple users. However, when you set up secondary users, each person who needs access to the shared account is able to register their own unique passkey.

To set up secondary users:

  1. Go to Settings and select User Permissions.
  2. Select the desired account for the new user.
  3. Enter the user’s contact information and select Send invitation. The secondary user will need a brand-new email address that has not been used on any Amazon account before.
  4. Repeat for all new users that need to be added.
  5. Request new users to follow the email instructions.

Note: Only users who have registered as secondary users will be able to set up a passkey and sign in separately to the shared account. Once registered, secondary users can sign in and create a passkey.

If you’re already a secondary user, you can create and use a passkey immediately.

Protect your account and enjoy a fast, seamless sign-in experience with phishing-resistant passkeys while keeping your team’s access running smoothly through secondary user accounts. If you haven’t already, set up secondary user roles today to keep your business secure and streamline your sign-in process.

For more information, go to Passkeys Verification and About Passkey.

For a visual walkthrough, go to Secondary User Creation Walkthrough.

Starting on 14 July 2026, you can purchase multiple labels for single quantity items through Buy Delivery. Each part or piece of your product listing will get its own label and tracking number. When you buy delivery, you’ll select the package count and see consolidated delivery rates.

We’ll create a unique shipment ID for each package, which means we can track your Valid Tracking Rate and on-time delivery rate for every package. This package-level tracking also helps us process A-to-z Guarantee and SAFE-T claims accurately.

Your customers will see individual tracking and delivery dates for each package in their order, giving them clear visibility into when each part will arrive.

For step-by-step instructions on buying delivery labels for multiple boxes, go to Dispatching products with multiple parts.

To help you plan for your busiest season, key details on deals, fees and inventory are provided below, along with additional resources and best practices available in the Q4 peak readiness playbook.

Deal Submissions

The deal submission window is open from now until:

  • September 23 for Prime Big Deal Days
  • November 18 for Black Friday Week

We’re also bringing back the early submission discount. Submit your Prime Big Deal Days deals by August 5 and Black Friday Week deals by September 5 to save 30% on the upfront promotion fee.

Promotions Fees and Eligibility

Eligibility requirements for promotions are the same as Prime Day, with one update: Prime Exclusive Discounts now require a minimum product rating of 3.5. Fees for Best Deals, Lightning Deals and Prime Exclusive Discounts will be the same as Prime Day.

United Kingdom:

  • Upfront fee: £12 per promotion, plus
  • Variable fee: 0.75% of promotional sales (capped at £600)

Festive Peak Fulfilment Fees

The festive peak fulfilment fee will apply again for selected Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) orders in the UK and Germany from October 15, 2026, to January 14, 2027.

The festive peak fee applies to the following:

  • UK: Small and standard parcels, large and extra-large envelopes fulfilled via local FBA and Remote Fulfilment from the EU to the UK. The fee will be an average of £0.12 per parcel item and £0.07 per large and extra-large envelope item.
  • Germany: Small and standard parcels fulfilled via local and Pan-EU FBA, the European Fulfilment Network and Remote Fulfilment from the UK to the EU, at an average of €0.27 per unit.

The festive peak fulfilment fee won’t apply to oversize, low-price FBA or items delivered to buyers in other EU countries. The 1.5% fuel and logistics-related surcharge will apply on top of festive peak fulfilment fees.

To help you prepare, you can preview the festive peak fulfilment fee now with real-time cost comparisons across fulfilment types in the Revenue Calculator and the FBA Fee Preview report.

To review the detailed fee rates, go to 2026 festive peak fulfilment fee.

Inbound Inventory Dates

To ensure Prime-badge eligibility for your products during this year’s events, make sure that your inventory arrives at our European facilities by the following dates:

  • September 9, 2026 (September 16 for UK): Prime Big Deal Days
  • October 21, 2026 (October 28 for UK): Black Friday Week

Capacity Planning

As we enter the year-end shopping season, our fulfilment centre teams will focus on receiving shipments in September and October, then shift to processing customer orders in November and December. This temporary shift ensures faster delivery speeds for customers and maximises your sales potential. During this time, inbound delivery window slots will be limited.

If you’re expecting higher year-end volume, you can also use Capacity Manager to bid for extra space in our fulfilment centres.

My UK seller account was declined/closed during verification.

Seller Support transferred my case (12565862812) to the Verification Team on 08 May 2026.

More than two months have passed since the transfer, and the balance of £4,993.05 remains held in reserve.

My account has been deactivated since 29 September 2025 and well over 90 days have passed.

I am not requesting account reinstatement. I simply want to receive the £4,993.05 currently held in reserve and would appreciate an update regarding the release of these funds.

VAT Registration account health
von Seller_zOlk6EX3ENKFK

For the third time this year Amazon are threatening to deactivate my account unless I provide VAT registration details. I have already done this twice this year n my VAT details have been the same for over 20 years.

It is really wearing to have to be continually pestered by Amazon about VAT!

We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with a daily collection that's reliable, and our dispatch confirmation rate is consistently on time (around 96% of orders confirmed before the promised ship date during the period we were deactivated). Despite that, our OTDR dropped to 56.98% and we got a deactivation notice for our seller-fulfilled offers without much time to react due to the massive impact of a few delayed orders that were totally out of our hands and after investigation I found did leave our facility on time.

When we dug into the OTDR Defect Report, the picture was pretty specific: most of our late-delivery defects came down to a couple of large, multi-unit orders where Royal Mail took an unusually long time between us confirming dispatch and their first tracking scan — in one case over 90 hours before the parcel even entered their scanned network, despite being collected on schedule. Because OTDR is calculated per unit, not per order, those two shipments alone accounted for a big chunk of our total late-unit count, even though the vast majority of individual parcels went out and arrived fine.

We've submitted a POA explaining this, dispatch has stayed consistent, and our rate has since climbed back to 63%, but the case is still under review after 5 days. And of course we are no longer able to send out UK orders due to the deactivation so I don't see how we can get it to climb higher at this point.

Appreciate any first-hand experience as we are trying to figure out whether this is a wait it out situation or whether we need to make a bigger structural change to our shipping setup.
