Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone here has experienced something similar or can offer some advice.
I have an FTL (full truckload) shipment, FBA15LX3LV30, which was collected by Amazon partnered carrier RXO on 18 June.
It has now been 18 days since collection, and the shipment still shows "In Transit" in Seller Central.
My FTL shipments are normally collected, delivered, received and available for sale within 3–5 days, so this is far outside what I've ever experienced before.
I've opened multiple Seller Support cases, but I keep receiving the same generic response explaining that the shipment is not yet eligible for reconciliation because it hasn't reached "Closed" status.
The issue is that I'm not asking for reconciliation or reimbursement. I'm simply trying to establish where the shipment physically is.
I have now checked the partnered carrier tracking through Qargo (RXO's tracking system), which shows that the pallets were scanned on 29 June (7 days ago). However, Seller Central still only shows "In Transit", so the two systems don't appear to match.
I've repeatedly asked Seller Support the following questions:
• Has RXO physically delivered the trailer to Amazon?
• If so, when was it checked in?
• If not, where is it currently located?
• Why does Qargo show pallet scans on 29 June while Seller Central still shows "In Transit"?
Unfortunately, none of these questions have been answered. I just receive template responses about waiting for reconciliation.
The trailer contains a significant amount of high-value inventory, including temperature-sensitive chocolate products, so after 18 days I'm becoming increasingly concerned.
Has anyone experienced an FTL shipment remaining "In Transit" for this long despite Qargo showing pallet scans?
If so:
• How long did it eventually take to be received?
• Did Seller Central eventually update on its own?
• Was the shipment actually sitting in an Amazon fulfilment centre waiting to be received?
• Is there a way to get this investigated by the transportation or fulfilment centre team rather than receiving standard Seller Support responses?
Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
